Master Bond Inc., Hackensack, N.J. has introduced EP21TDC-4HT, a uniquely toughened epoxy compound for high performance bonding, sealing and casting. It features high peel strength and superior resistance to vibration, impact and shock for service up to 205°C (400°F). This two-part epoxy can be room temperature or heat cured.
Master Bond Inc., Hackensack, N.J. has introduced a two component highly flexible epoxy resin compound for high performance bonding, sealing, coating and encapsulation called EP21TDC-2. The cured compound has remarkably high peel strength of more than 30 pounds per linear inch (pli) along with an elongation of over 150%. EP21TDC-2 develops very little exotherm while curing, making it well suited for potting or encapsulating in thicker sections.
Master Bond Inc., Hackensack, N.J. has introduced a new two component, graphite filled, electrically conductive adhesive called EP75-1. This system has a 100 to 15 mix ratio by weight and is easy to apply. EP75-1 cures at room temperature or more rapidly at elevated temperatures. It readily develops a high bonding strength of more than 2,000 psi tensile shear when measured and cured at 75°F.
Steel Master #43 is a versatile steel filled two component epoxy resin system. It has been introduced by Master Bond, Inc. Hackensack, N.J. for the cost effective repair, maintenance, rebuilding, restoring and resealing of worn or damaged metal components. Formulated to cure rapidly at room temperatures, cures can be accelerated by the use of heat.
