All-Test Pro:
On-Line Motor Diagnostics in a Hand-Held Instrument
Thursday, August 31, 2006
The ATPOL II is a hand held, on-line, motor testing device.
The first Motor Current Signature Analysis (MCSA) and Power Quality Analysis system to utilize a hand held, light-weight, data collector. It is not necessary to carry a PC to the test site.
The system evaluates the electrical and mechanical health of an AC or DC motor and its driven load, as well as incoming power quality showing complete ac/dc power/energy cost analysis.
The unit does not require entering nameplate data before data collecting. This can be done after the testing and before the analyzing. Running Speed and Pole Pass Frequency are found automatically and the software automatically determines if bearing problems exist and the presence of static and dynamic eccentricity.
