CGW- Camel Grinding Wheels has introduced over 100 Quick Change Laminated Discs designed for a variety of finishing applications. Utilizing a U.S.-developed automated spin-weld fastening process, the Quick Change Laminated Discs feature either a roll-on or turn-on attachment for fast and secure fastening. CGW’s Quick Change Discs with a roll-on attachment include non-woven discs for stainless steel, aluminum oxide discs for general purpose work, zirconia discs for fast cutting and zirconia discs with a grinding aid for fast, cool cutting. The non-woven roll-on discs are available in 2" to 4" diameters and coarse to fine grits, aluminum oxide roll-on discs are available in 1-1/2" to 4" diameters and 24 to 120 grits, zirconia roll-on discs are available in 1-1/2" to 4" diameters and 24 to 80 grits, and zirconia roll-on discs with a grinding aid are available in 2" to 3" diameters and 24 to 120 grits. Quick Change Discs with a turn-on attachment include aluminum oxide discs in 2" to 3" diameters and 24 to 120 grits, and zirconia discs in 2" to 3" diameters and 24 to 80 grits. Included in the product introduction are reinforced rubber Quick Change pad holders with a roll-on or turn-on attachment in 1" to 3" diameters.
