The XR Series wireless sensors and I/O modules provide a means to remotely monitor almost anything. Applications include: monitoring temperature, humidity, doors (open/close), power (on/off), production rates, equipment usage, level detection and much more. Each sensor includes an integral microprocessor-controlled 418Mhz, 900MHz or 2.4Ghz FCC certified radio transmitter, which periodically transmits the device status, unique ID and current sensor value/s to a receiver (Sensor Server). This architecture provides for extended battery life up to five years. The Sensor Server records and serves up data using Ethernet or Serial communication. Current device values can be viewed using any standard web browser. Historical data can be downloaded from one or more remote locations to one central PC. Our exclusive Server Manager Software provides a user-friendly means of configuring hardware, monitoring sensor status and values, extracting data, generating reports, and automatic notification/alert of predefined sensor limits.
