Ingersoll Rand brings world-class precision and durability to the industrial and assembly markets with its QA4 Series of pneumatic nutrunners. This much-anticipated and highly regarded line of tools is expected to get noticed within the industry, particularly in motor vehicle, appliance, aerospace, and other general industrial applications where this new design is targeted. “Based on the positive customer feedback we’ve received through our extensive field trials, we’re confident the rest of the market will be equally excited by the release of the QA4 Series,” says Scott White, global product manager with Ingersoll Rand. “Our customers asked us for better accuracy and durability in a user friendly package — that’s exactly what the QA4 Series delivers.” These powerful, newly designed tools are lightweight, compact, quiet, and durable enough for the toughest high-volume applications, yet still deliver the precision and accuracy tool users need. The QA4 Series pneumatic nutrunners are easy to maintain and service — which means less downtime — and are fully configurable in straight or angle configurations, shut-off or stall to 55 Nm (40 ft.-lb), fixed or floating spindles, and in a variety of drive sizes.
