The SmartLine® Barrel Blaster enables the processing of a wide variety of small parts that conventional machines cannot handle. With an easy-to-install, space-saving design, the Barrel is ideal for contaminant removal (no sand), peening and surface finishing. Because the Smartline Barrel Blaster reduces pinch point problems, it allows smaller parts to tumble uniformly in the abrasive blast for optimum cleaning and surface preparation. It is well suited for parts that are too small for conventional endless rubber belt and metal barrel machines.

The SmartLine Barrel Blaster is available in four different models with a tumbling barrel capacity ranging from 3 to 18 cubic feet.

The machine’s compact design saves valuable floor space and permits easy installation. The unit ships in one piece ready to set in place. It is pre-wired for immediate connection to the user’s power supply and ventilation.

The Barrel Blaster includes many protective systems. It can also be equipped with optional features to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
