Helical Products Company, Inc. offers miniature couplings, u-joints, and machined springs with integrated attachment components. Included are couplings with an unlimited variety of customized ends. All products utilize the unique HELI-CAL® Flexure. The configuration of attachments can be as simple as a plain bore or as complex as a pinion gear. The proper attachment, says Helical, will enhance system quality, minimize assembly-production time, reduce the total number of parts purchased, inventoried and assembled, and result in an overall production cost savings. Flexured couplings and u-joints are backlash free and provide constant velocity rotation regardless of misalignment.
