Teflon® FEP and PFA Films are transparent, thermoplastic films that can be heat sealed, thermoformed, vacuum formed, heat bonded, welded, metalized, laminated-combined with dozens of other materials, and can also be used as an excellent hot-melt adhesive. These films are tough, chemically inert, inert to outdoor exposure and have excellent dielectric strength.
FEP has Continuous Use Temperature of –400F to + 400F and a Melt Range of 500F to 540F. PFA has Continuous Use Temperature of –400F to + 500F and a Melt Range of 572F to 590F. Both films are sold by the lineal foot. Stock thickness: .001”, .002” and .005”. Widths up to 24”. Ships same day. No minimums.
