Lorenz & Son: Round Maintenance Gate for above rotary airlocks to enable quick removal

Lorenz has introduced a NEW Round Maintenance Gate. Expensive and
heavy square to round adapters have been eliminated enabling product to
flow smoothly. Available in sizes from 6-16 inches, the Round Maintenance
Gates mount above airlocks or below bins and hoppers to handle dry
material during periodic shutdowns for maintenance. The interior of the
Round Maintenance Gates is fully lined with polymer to eliminate friction
problems. Actuation of the Round Maintenance Gates is by hand crank,
hand wheel, or chain wheel, at the preference of the processor. Contact
points are 304 stainless steel and the blade is polished stainless steel.
The frame of the Round Maintenance Gate is of lightweight aluminum
construction, built in a narrow profile.
