Accu-Lube has recently introduced a NEW applicator that is ideal for shops, big and small, interested in getting started with Minimum Quantity Lubrication (MQL) for near-dry machining. The heavy-duty magnetic base and easy to use controls on this applicator makes it a breeze to install and operate. The easy portability of this unit is great in shops where operators move in between different machines to service all their lubrication needs. The Accu-Lube Advantage Applicator eliminated fluid maintenance and disposal costs. By using MQL shops are able to eliminate wet, messy flood coolants which produce dangerous mists that are harmful to operators and create rust on parts and machines. The Accu-Lube Advantage Applicator is available in 1 and 2 nozzle models and comes standard with a 10 oz. lubricant reservoir, 8 feet of air/lubrication hose and flexible 12 inch Loc-Line nozzles with independent magnetic mounts.
