Joystick models range from compact finger operated to heavy mill duty controllers. Each joystick is application engineered to your specific requirements. Their single axis controllers are utilized in the Metals Industry for In-Plant Process Control and in the Mobile Equipment market. For harsh environments cast controllers sealed to NEMA 4 are available.
The armchair systems from J.R. Merritt allow a multitude of comfort adjustments and will accommodate operators of all statures. Joystick controllers, pilot devices, displays, gauges, and monitors can be built into the consoles according to customers' specifications. The MG20 is a compact finger operated twist handle control that provides the operator with intuitive control in applications requiring rotational or bi-directional motion. The ± 45 ° displacement provides the operator with smooth, wide resolution control in a wide variety of applications. The output signal is produced by long life Hall-effect technology that is integrated into the cylindrical handle.
